T series single shaft shredder is suitable for shredding extra large volume and high hardness materials. Strong chassis structure, inclined pushing way and large size of the chassis, to achieve a higher and stable output. Oblique pusher and large chassis design make equipment maintenance faster and more convenient. Wiscon's unique 4 types of knife rollers are available, increasing the output of this series of models by 20%.
Scope of application
Plastic rubber head, plastic pipe, plastic sheet, PE film, PP woven bag, PET bottle, textile industrial waste paper, wooden pallet, circuit board, aluminum profile, copper profile, wire and cable, etc.
Performance characteristics
Automatic overload protection function to avoid serious overload and jam of the machine.
The main electrical control components are international brands such as Siemens and Schneider.
Single-shaft shredder with double-shaft shredder and conveyor belt, can be combined into a simple crushing line.
The moving knife adopts DC53 alloy, and the fixed knife adopts D2 alloy.
The moving knife can be replaced after diagonal use.
The material pushing box adopts inclined plane design to reduce the retention material.
The guide strip has long service life, stable pushing, and good sealing of the crushing chamber.
The screen aperture determines the discharge size, and the size can be 20-40mm.
A variety of screens are available for film and woven bags.
Increase the inlet and shredding chamber to accommodate more and higher output.
