Performance characteristics
All materials are evenly mixed after gravity metering, and the accuracy can be strictly controlled;
The advanced batching algorithm can accurately control and measure the ratio of each processing raw material;
Automatic repeat calibration function, will automatically correct and adjust after each weighing to ensure better batching accuracy;
Can process up to 6 kinds of raw materials at the same time;
Modular detachable structure design, easy to clean;
With formula storage function, can store more than 20 groups of formula;
The standard equipment is machine-mounted (equipped with standard base and manual closing plate), and pneumatic discharge valve and ground-mounted tripod are also provided as optional parts;
When the machine is used for ground installation, it needs to be equipped with tripod, pneumatic discharge valve, storage barrel and suction box;
With alarm history recording function;

Note: 1) The mixing ratio error refers to the difference between the set percentage and the actual percentage of each component;
2) The knife metering valve is suitable for the proportion of more than 5% (inclusive), and the mixing ratio error can be controlled within ± 0.3-0.5;
3)(screw or) micro meter is suitable for the proportion of 5% (excluding) to 0.5, and the mixing ratio error can be controlled within ± 0.2;
4) The above maximum processing capacity and mixing ratio error data are based on the data obtained by measuring the particle uniform raw materials with a bulk density of 0.7kg/L and a diameter of 3-4mm in a continuous operation mode, and the maximum output will vary according to the number and proportion of the measured components;
