Working principle
The crystallization system can convert the non-crystalline PET raw material particles into a crystalline state for drying, which is dried at a high temperature to obtain a low moisture raw material without fear of caking. It consists of a high-temperature heat source, an insulated hopper with agitator and a rotary discharge valve, and can be easily used with other raw material handling equipment.

The mixing hopper prevents caking; the unique design of mixing blades and positioning rods can ensure that the raw materials often tumble to crush any lumps that may form and prevent caking of the raw materials during processing.
Automatic continuous operation; automatic detection of the internal temperature of the hopper to ensure the output of high quality crystalline raw materials.
To meet the needs of different raw materials; can be directly on-line processing can also be stored after batch processing of crystalline raw materials for future use.
The design is safe and easy to clean; the flexible design of the entry door and movable cone bottom allows the agitator to be removed from the top or bottom, making it easy to clean.
