The future market of extruder mainframes and production lines will develop in the direction of high technical content and low price. Domestically produced mainframes are now mainly based on conical twin-screw extruders and single-screw extruders. The technology is relatively mature and the market sales are also the largest, but the general specifications of such products have been oversupplied and can only maintain the peak period of the market. 50% to 60% or so. The focus of the mainframe in the future is to develop parallel counter-rotating twin-screw extruders for molding extrusion with large extrusion volumes. Parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruders should be developed in the direction of the sixth and seventh generations of high speed and large aspect ratio. The development direction of the single-screw extruder is large diameter, large aspect ratio, and smooth exhaust. In fact, the single-screw extruder is a low-energy, low-cost machine. As long as the technology is right, it can basically achieve the performance of the twin-screw extruder. For example, the plastic extruders currently used in the United States are mostly Single screw, because of the high technical content, replaced the twin screw extruder.

 

Blowing machines are developing at a lower price for blow molding equipment (about one-third to one-half of injection molding) and low energy consumption (in injection molding, the pressure in the mold cavity is 15 to 140 MPa, while blowing The billet's inflation pressure is generally less than 1 MPa), and the adaptability is strong (complex structure can be formed, double-walled parts), which makes up for the lack of injection molding processing, and the formed industrial parts have a high degree of integrity and comprehensive performance. Good, high added value and low cost. Therefore, although the current blow molding machinery accounts for the lowest proportion of the three plastic presses, it will maintain a strong development momentum in the future and is the fastest growing and most promising model.

 

Auxiliary equipment such as plastic auxiliary machine, pulverizer, feeding machine and heater are an important part of the plastic production line, which directly affects the production quality and production efficiency of the products. At present, domestic manufacturers are overwhelming, but the specifications are basically In the same scope, it is technically difficult to compete with imported machines, and most of the imported plastic production lines have been equipped with the above-mentioned auxiliary machines at the time of introduction, which has also reduced sales volume. The recent development direction of this type of products is to have ultra-fine pulverization (preparation for the nano-materials industry), vacuum filtration, large-scale low-noise, high-speed pulverization and other functions.
