Link: Taiwan Trade Fair Cross-Strait Machinery and Electronic Commodities Fair and Xiamen-Taiwan Import and Export Commodities Fair (referred to as Taiwan Trade Fair), specially authorized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Industry Association and the Xiamen Municipal People's Government Co-sponsored, held in Xiamen from April 8th to 11th every year. At present, the Taiwan Fair is the largest mechanical and electrical exhibition jointly sponsored by both sides of the Taiwan Strait. In 2007, there were more than 700 exhibitors in the 11th Taiwan Fair, with an exhibition scale of 1700 international standard booths, including 260 Taiwan booths. A total of 23338 professional businessmen from 42 countries and regions attended the conference, including 4322 overseas businessmen, mainly from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. The exhibition area of the 12th Taiwan Fair is 40000 square meters, and the exhibition scale is 1800 international standard booths. This exhibition will set up mechanical equipment exhibition area, mold, tools and materials exhibition area, instrumentation and industrial control exhibition area, logistics exhibition area, energy-saving lighting exhibition area and Taiwan exhibition area.
