On September 19, 2017, Director Li Yong of Panyu District Science, Industry and Commerce Bureau, Chief He Jinhua and other leaders visited Guangzhou Wensui Plastic Machinery Group (hereinafter referred to as Wensui) for inspection and investigation. General Manager Wu Wengan and Director Li Dong received and accompanied Director Li throughout the inspection.

The two sides conducted constructive research and analysis on Wensui's current production status, future development plans and problems encountered.

 

 

 

As soon as he arrived at the company, director Li immediately entered the front line of the factory to understand the production situation of Wen sui. under the leadership of Wu zong, they learned one by one about each production workshop of the company. director Li was very concerned about the progress of automated production, carefully inquired about each production link and process parameters in the fully automated workshop of the automated manipulator, and learned in detail the principle, performance of the equipment and its role in industrial automation. At the same time, we also visited and inspected the production of other six auxiliary equipment series products in Wensui.

 

 

After the visit, both parties entered.After in-depth discussion, Mr. Wu, on behalf of the company, introduced the development plan of Wensui and the booming market prospect of the plastic industry to the leaders, and pointed out that with the industrial 4.0 and the rise of new concepts of China's manufacturing 2025, the global machinery automation industry is booming. In this context, Wensui Group examined the degree of seizing, made a decisive decision, and decided to combine the reality of the plastic industry, using its own six series of products, strong technical research and development strength, and wide brand influence and other advantageous resources to accelerate the introduction of automation equipment and absorb High-end technical talents will make every effort to promote the automatic and intelligent level of the domestic plastic industry. At present, 80%-90% of Wensui's processed parts are completed by independent processing. Wensui insists on carrying out research and development according to the market, strengthening the research and development mode of cooperation with technical colleges and universities, taking the market as the guidance, keeping up with the world's top enterprises, and taking the lead in machine design and development.

 

 

 

After nearly 30 years of development and accumulation, Wensui has won numerous reputations in the industry. The initial factory has been far from meeting the existing production scale and output. The newly purchased large-scale processing equipment is extremely crowded in the workshop, which has a great impact on production efficiency and safety, and seriously restricts the development of the company. Considering the geographical location of Wensui R & D Center and the convenience of employees, Wensui gives priority to continuing to expand the company's scale nearby in Panyu, continuously introducing advanced production equipment, expanding R & D center and product display platform, improving production efficiency, building a plastic industry automation industrial base, and striving to become a star enterprise leading the economic development of Panyu District, Contribute to the economic growth of hometown.
