Then mix all kinds of raw materials for filling and put them in a large bowl for later use. Tangyuan stuffing has more water content than yuanxiao, which is one of the differences between the two.

The traditional Lantern Festival craft is basically manual production, which requires cold weather and has a short shelf life. Most of them are made and sold on site, which has great limitations. Relatively speaking, with the gradual mechanization of the production of glutinous rice balls in recent years, the use of quick-freezing technology and the extension of the shelf life, many northerners have also accepted glutinous rice balls, most of which are sold in supermarkets.
For the way to eat tangyuan/yuanxiao, the healthier way to eat is still boiled or steamed, and when eating, it is recommended to drink more soup boiled yuanxiao or tangyuan. Because glutinous rice flour contains more water-soluble vitamins, it can ensure normal gastrointestinal peristalsis and secretion of digestive glands.
